How Do I Fill My TD-DMPS Rx
Am I going to get this from Dr. Shelton? Or at least the prescription? Then where do I take the prescription, to a particular pharmacy? I really want to think serious about starting this after we get this scope stuff behind us. Carie
You will get a rx from Dr. Shelton. Either you can fax it into AMT yourself, or you need to have Shelton's office do it for you. The fax number to AMT is: 704 892-1874. The number to AMT is: 866-828-8203. I would have these numbers handy for Shelton's office as I don't know if they have them yet.
